Tu B'Shvat is the day that marks the beginning of a "new year" for trees. It's the day in which the trees in the Land of Israel emerge from their winter sleep and begin a new fruit-bearing cycle.

Join us for a special Tu Bishvat Sourdough Workshop. Experience the ancient art of sourdough making, complete with unique Tu B'Shvat ingredients adding an extra layer of flavor and meaning to your loaves.

Whether you're a seasoned baker or a complete beginner, this workshop will offer tips, techniques, and plenty of fun. At the end of the evening, you’ll leave with a fresh loaf of sourdough plus the skills to recreate it at home!
