Shmurah (watched) matzah is made from wheat watched carefully from harvest to baking to ensure it stays dry and unleavened.

Shmurah matzahs are round, shaped by hand, and are most similar to the matzahs baked as they left Egypt. It is optimal to eat shmurah matzah on the first two nights of Passover.

We are excited to be offering a free gift box of Shmurah Matzah for you to use for the Mitzvah of eating matzah on Passover! (Take two and gift one to a Jewish friend!)

Pick up available in the Northwest District during the day or evening. Delivery options available as well.
